Goal achieved for week one

SO I registered and resumed at the gym on Monday.
Was able to meet my goal of 90 mins mon - fri (5 times a week)
Goal met for week one
I really hope I can sustain the momentum
Need to lose 10kg
I ordered my dress in size 12 and that sucked big time
Hopefully when it comes, it comes it would need pleeeeeeeeeeeeeenty alterations cuz I would be a size 8
Thank God it’s Friday.

weight loss is 70% nutrition,

Your gown is supposed to be in the size smaller than you so that sucks. ANd I so don't like alterations. Hope it all works out.

@all thanx. Of course I'm eating right. Climbed the scale this morning and I am 2kg lighter already.
@myne apparently wedding dresses come labelled one size bigger than normal cuz I am a regular ten but comparing my measurement with the maggie sottero chart. I fell within a 12. Does any wedding dress Come without needing alterations? Except it is a custom made dress I doubt

Good luck. I started a new routine over 3 weeks ago and i've successfully lost 4.1kg, hopefully by Dec i will reach my goal..... Make sure you eat right and drink lots of water. don't starve yourself and combine weights also for toning

Good luck at the gym and i hope you stay committed. I 'ginger' myself and get all exited about working out but i've never gone beyond the 3rd day,smh

Doll, one quick question - How are u able to juggle work and work stress and work timing with gyming????
I would really LOVE to know cos i wouldnt mind registering in a gym too but i get home kinda late
